Traditional Vin Santo produced from local Trebbiano Toscano and Chianti Malvasia grapes, slow fermentation and aging in small oak barrels called caratelli. Golden yellow colour with glints of amber, velvety and harmonious flavour with evident roundedness and hints of dried fruits. Scented wine, ethereal, intense and elegant.
